Adult Team

The Midwest Climbing Academy is a place of learning for all ages. The Adult Team is designed for individuals currently climbing between 5.7-5.11 (or bouldering between v0-v6) interested in taking their climbing to the next level.

Whether you’ve just begun your climbing journey, or you’ve simply hit a plateau and can’t quite push through, we’re here to help. By working both individually with a coach, and in a group of similarly abled and motivated athletes, we will help you learn and grow as a climber.

You will meet monthly with your coach for a private 30-minute assessment to construct an individualized training program designed to help you progress towards your goals. Each week you will focus on developing a particular physical, technical, and/or mental skill. Through the use of drills, games, recorded videos of your climbing, and weekly homework, you will grow as never before.
